Belfrey Arts Centre is home to

Wellington Theatre Company(including Belfrey Youth Theatre and Belfrey Players) at the Belfrey Theatre

Wrekin Arts Photograhic Club in their studio

Mike’s Art School in the Art Studio

Green Room Players and Little Eyases in the Green Room Stage School Rooms 

and Matt who is hoping to open a studio in our old pottery building and Van der Woning Studio.

The Arts Centre is run by Belfrey Arts Trust a registered charity number 1001265 and limited company number 2329616 set up 20 years ago to manage the centre.  The trust is responsible for the running of the centre, promotion of arts activities and all external repairs, maintenance and rates.   The above groups pay rent to Belfrey Arts Trust and are responsible for all internal repairs etc to their separate buildings.

The Belfrey Arts Trust also owns the car park across the road from the Belfrey Theatre having bought it some years ago from the council, as a car park, to prevent redevelopment and to try to ensure continuation of the activities of the Belfrey Arts Centre as a whole.
