(a first round festival of the All England Theatre Festival) The festival is held every Spring and showcases the best theatrical talent from around the county. Two or three one-act plays are shown each evening and a professional adjudicator is on hand to give the competing teams the benefit of his comments. The festival ends with an awards evening where individual and group talent is singled out for the presentation of various awards. Dorothy finds herself over the rainbow in Munchkin land following a cyclone.
