Advance bookings should be made by email ( firstname.lastname@example.org) or phone (01952 222277) . The answerphone will give you information on the next production and ask you to leave your booking. Please leave your name, telephone number, date and time of the performance you wish to book, the number of tickets required and whether they are full price or concessionary tickets( unwaged and children) We will only get back to you if we have a query.
Cancellation Should you need to cancel please do so via the same route giving your original booking information. Please try to cancel asap but at latest 1 and a half hours before the performance. Your tickets will be available for collection from 30minutes prior to the performance ie 2pm or 7pm respectively. Payment can then be made in cash or by cheque payable to Wellington Theatre Company.
Standby/Reserve . If a performance has been fully booked and you cannot come at another time you may wish to come to wait to see if there are actually seats vacant . We have a licensed bar next to our foyer where you can purchase a drink or a cup of tea or coffee or soft drink while you wait. Obviously we cannot guarantee that you will be able to obtain a seat but quite often seats are vacant due to illness or any other occurrence.
If you have a specific request for seating please give this with your message. If you have specific needs, like a wheelchair space or require access to the audio loop, please mention this with your booking. If you need a call back because of specific needs please do not hesitate to ask. The box office will be manned from 30minutes prior to each performance. Tickets not collected by 5 minutes before the performance may be re-allocated if you are not waiting to collect them.
